Total Rental Fee will be confirmed based on your selected package and add-ons, and included in your confirmation email.
Deposit (non-refundable): $500 (Due at signing to reserve date)
50% of remaining balance due: No later than 120 days prior to the event date
Final 50% of balance due: No later than 60 days prior to the event date
All payments made under this Agreement are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation
reason. Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of the reservation without
refund.
Pavilion access is granted for a 24-hour period, beginning at the time keys are received
by the Client.
Additional 24-hour use (if available and pre-approved by Venue) is $500 per day.
Client must return the pavilion in the same clean condition it was received. Additional
cleaning fees may apply if standards are not met.
To ensure a safe and respectful experience for all guests and to protect the natural environment
Fireworks are strictly prohibited.
Confetti is not allowed.
Flower petals must be real, natural flowers only.
No artificial petals of any kind.
Petals may be thrown outdoors only, never inside the pavilion.
All décor, rentals, and materials must be removed at the conclusion of the event unless
pre-approved by Venue.
Client is responsible for the behavior of all attendees and any damage caused to the property.
All guests in attendance are subject to and agree to follow the Terms & Conditions of
Mountain Aire Resort & Campground, available at: https://mountain-aire.com/rules-%26-guidelines
All payments made are non-refundable (This includes deposit, interim payments, and final balances, regardless of reason for cancellation, including but not limited to weather, illness, or personal circumstances.)
Client agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Mountain Aire Resort & Campground, its owners,
agents, and employees, from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from
the event, including personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property.
This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. Any changes must be made
in writing and signed by both the Client and the Venue representative.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Agreement as of the date first written
above.
