$1000 deposit upon booking event (non-refundable).
50% due (less the $1000 deposit) at 180 days prior to event (non-refundable).
100% due 90 days prior to event (non-refundable) .
$1,000 refundable damage deposit is required in addition to the package price. This is
due at time of last payment (90 days prior to event) If the facility and venue is left in a
neat and tidy condition as required with no damage, the deposit will be returned.
We can accommodate 20+ non-serviced RV Spots for extra guests (Power/Water not guaranteed).
None of the above pricing includes GST.
Long weekends (July, August, September, October) are an additional $1,000 above these rates.
Additional 3.5% charge if using credit card. EFT - no extra charges.
As a nature resort with limited waste facilities, guests must take all trash with them and return the pavilion in the same clean condition it was provided. Failure to do so will result in non refund of damage deposit.
Pavilion access is granted from 12:00 PM (noon) on the Client's check-in date until 12:00 PM (noon) on the Client's check-out date.
Accommodation access is granted from 4:00 PM on the Client's check-in date until 10:00 AM on the Client's check-out date to allow adequate time for cleaning and preparation for incoming guests.
Client must return the pavilion in the same clean condition it was received. Additional
cleaning fees may apply if standards are not met.
To ensure a safe and respectful experience for all guests and to protect the natural environment
Fireworks are strictly prohibited.
Confetti is not allowed.
Flower petals must be real, natural flowers only.
No artificial petals of any kind.
Petals may be thrown outdoors only, never inside the pavilion.
All décor, rentals, and materials must be removed at the conclusion of the event unless
pre-approved by Venue.
Client is responsible for the behavior of all attendees and any damage caused to the property.
All guests in attendance are subject to and agree to follow the Terms & Conditions of
Mountain Aire Resort & Campground, available at: https://mountain-aire.com/rules-%26-guidelines
All payments made are non-refundable (This includes deposit, interim payments, and final balances, regardless of reason for cancellation, including but not limited to weather, illness, or personal circumstances.)
Client agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Mountain Aire Resort & Campground, its owners,
agents, and employees, from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from
the event, including personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property.
This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. Any changes must be made
in writing and signed by both the Client and the Venue representative.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Agreement as of the date first written
above.
